Every morning, I share everything about myself, that's my Dharma. My name is Estefânia Farias. Today I woke up inspired by life, and when I opened the window, the sun was there saying good morning. It's there every day, but perhaps I wasn't there to thank it and appreciate it. By awakening my sense of appreciation and presence, I'm expanding my view of life's window. I keep reminding my heart to take pleasure in being here, alive. It feels like life is teaching me all over again. Not that what I did was wrong, but with the evolution of consciousness, life is showing me that each new day is an opportunity to live the life I want to be, integrating all the parts of my being. My light and my shadows. By observing the outside of my mind, I'm discovering details about my personality, details about my own inner window. This act of stopping and being present generates the relationship between me and my mind, me and my higher self. The mind tries to control the unconscious situation of life most of the time, but the higher self is there, a small voice that feels and politely asks for love to enter and invites us to feel, to educate our gaze for the new that will present itself all the time, every day of our lives. And like the tea ceremony, we can serve tea every day, at the same time, in the same house, with the same people. But the tea is different, we'll be feeling different. By learning to appreciate these moments, we create root memories to remind us of them our essence is that of the creator, which serves to remind us that we are not our thoughts, our beliefs or our fears.
We are magical and divine creatures with a particular universe in which we are each part of the creation of human nature, we are all the same and different at the same time.
We are all ONE.
This one that has been divided into parts in order to experience the most beautiful thing that is life.
Since I started following the philosophy of co-operation and human development, I've really started to evolve and learn how to relate to others.
Thanks to all the masters who have passed my way, I am grateful and inspired.
Human beings are living in boxes where they think their EGO is the most important thing in life, they are addicted to consumerism to fill the emptiness of their BEING.
